To maintain the exceptional quality, advanced technology, and time-intensive nature of our care, our specialized neurological services are provided primarily on a self-pay (direct payment) basis.
- Patients Insured with Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda (209): Standard neurological care is fully covered by your public health insurance (excluding complementary therapies: high-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy, laser therapy, and medical taping).
- Patients Insured with Other Czech Health Insurance Companies (VZP 111, VoZP 201, OZP 207, ČPZP 205, ZPMV 211, RBP 213) & Uninsured/International Patients: Our clinic does not have a contractual agreement with these insurance companies. Therefore, all care is provided on a direct-payment basis according to the official price list below.
We regularly review our medical services to ensure that their scope fully reflects the complexity and severity of your health condition. To further increase patient comfort and care quality, the following updates have been implemented:
- Extension of the Acute Examination to 60 minutes (1,200 CZK): The previous 30-minute limit was insufficient for a thorough evaluation of complex, acute neurological conditions. By extending this session to a full hour, we ensure an in-depth diagnosis of your acute symptoms. Furthermore, this prevents unexpected delays in the clinic, eliminating waiting times for other scheduled patients. The new price applies to all acute examinations provided from June 1, 2026.
- In-Office Specialist Consultation: The fee is 700 CZK per each commenced 30 minutes.

Comprehensive Neurological Examination
(Initial assessment including medical history, review of available documentation, clinical examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and recommendations for further management and therapy) — 60 minutes
- Newly developed, non‑acute symptoms requiring a more detailed (comprehensive) examination, or a first examination for newly registered patients; also suitable for an in‑depth assessment of chronic symptoms. Duration of symptoms longer than 1 month.

Fee for Missed Appointment
A missed appointment fee is charged if the patient does not attend the booked appointment and fails to cancel within the required notice period (2 hours for standard examinations, 2 days for instrumental procedures).
