⏰ Acute/express neurological examination — 60 minutes
As of 1 June 2026, the duration of acute examinations has been unified and extended from the original 30 minutes to a full 60 minutes, to ensure that acute patients receive sufficient time and attention.
This appointment is intended for a first examination of new symptoms, where no previous neurological assessment has been performed in another facility, or you were examined in the emergency department and have no more than one medical report.
Not intended for: long‑standing, stable problems that require comprehensive diagnostic work‑up.
If you bring multiple medical reports and a more extensive examination is required, the fee will be charged as for a comprehensive neurological assessment.
Comprehensive neurological examination — 60 minutes (initial assessment / diagnostics)
When to book: newly developed, non‑acute symptoms requiring a more detailed (comprehensive) examination, or a first examination for newly registered patients; also suitable for an in‑depth assessment of chronic symptoms. Duration of symptoms longer than 1 month. New symptoms or recurring symptoms. You have already been examined in another neurology clinic, or you have multiple medical reports from other specialists.
Not intended for: acute conditions requiring urgent intervention.
If you have more than 2 medical reports from previous specialists, you must scan them into a single PDF format and send them to neurologie@neurologiemistrikova.cz in advance. Please note that if extensive reports are brought to the appointment without prior submission, a higher fee for a comprehensive exam may apply to cover the extra time needed for assessment.
No. Neuro-microclinic Neurologie Mištríková does not evaluate or treat life-threatening conditions.

However, please note that by Czech law, all official medical reports and documentation must be issued exclusively in the Czech language. Payment for Examinations and Neurological Care Neurologie Mištríková is a private, adult neurology practice operating primarily out-of-network. This means we do not have contracts with public health insurance companies (with the sole exception of Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda - 209). Patients should therefore expect to pay directly for all services and procedures provided. Our transparent fees are clearly listed on our dedicated Price List page.
