Booking Terms & Conditions
Effective from 1 July 2026
The neurological clinic provides care exclusively to self‑pay patients and to clients insured with Škoda Employee Insurance Fund (209). By booking an appointment, the patient confirms that they have read and agree to these booking terms. Appointment Booking
Standard examinations
(comprehensive, targeted, follow‑up examinations, specialist consultations, high‑intensity pulsed magnetotherapy, laser therapy → booked exclusively via the online system Reservio
Instrumental procedures
EEG, EMG, MEP, VEP, BAEP → booked by email or in person at the clinic
Changes or Cancellations
Cancellation deadlines
Standard examinations (comprehensive, targeted, follow‑up, specialist consultations): cancellation no later than 2 hours before the appointment — via Reservio
Instrumental procedures (EEG, EMG, MEP, VEP, BAEP): cancellation no later than 2 days before — by email
A later cancellation or failure to attend is considered a missed appointment.
Fee for Missed Appointment
If the patient does not attend the booked appointment and fails to cancel within the required timeframe, a missed appointment fee will be charged.
The fee corresponds to the full price of the reserved service, as it compensates for the blocked time of the physician and clinic capacity.
Fee Amounts
Comprehensive neurological examination — 1,500 CZK
Targeted neurological examination — 500 CZK
Follow‑up examination — 300 CZK
Acute neurological examination — 1,200 CZK
Specialist consultations — 700–1,000 CZK (depending on scope)
Magnetotherapy, laser therapy — fee = price of the service
EEG, EMG, MEP, VEP, BAEP — fee = price of the service
Appointment Confirmation
The patient receives an appointment confirmation automatically via Reservio, email, or SMS (for individually booked procedures). By confirming the appointment, the patient acknowledges and agrees to these booking conditions.
Late Arrival
A late arrival may result in a shortened examination. If the examination can no longer be performed, it is considered a missed appointment.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made in cash, by payment card, QR code, or Edenred Benefits Card/e‑Ticket.
Final Provisions
These booking terms are valid from 1 July 2026. By booking an appointment, the patient confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
