Thank you for choosing Neurologie Mištríková. To provide you with the fastest possible service and minimize waiting times, we utilize a streamlined, modern booking system.
Please note that the booking method depends strictly on the type of procedure you require.
🟢 1. Clinical Examinations & Therapies (Online via Reservio)
For standard clinical assessments and non-invasive physical therapies, please use our online booking engine.
- Which services: Comprehensive neurological examination, Acute examination, Follow-up check, High-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy (Salus Talent A), and Laser therapy.
- How to book: Click the button below, select your service, and choose a date and time that suits you.
- ⚠️ Crucial Note for Acute Examinations: If you have more than 2 medical reports from other specialists, you must scan them into a single PDF format and email them to us before your appointment.

🔵 2. Diagnostic & Instrumental Procedures (Via Email Only)
Electrophysiological and diagnostic testing cannot be booked through the automated Reservio system due to specific scheduling and technical requirements.
- Which services: EEG, EMG (including carpal tunnel tests), VEP, BAEP, and MEP.
- How to book: Please send your request via email to neurologie@neurologiemistrikova.cz.
- What to include: Please state your full name, date of birth, phone number, the specific diagnostic test required, and attach your physician's referral or previous medical reports if available.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Telephone & Cancellation Policy (Effective July 1, 2026)
Please review our strict operational rules before submitting your reservation. By scheduling an appointment, you officially agree to our Booking Terms & Conditions.
- No Telephone Reservations or Cancellations: Due to capacity limitations, appointment bookings and cancellations are not accepted over the phone. If you call to schedule or cancel, you will be redirected back to the online system or email.
- Reservio Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel or reschedule your online appointment (clinical exam, magnetotherapy, laser) free of charge up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time directly within the Reservio system.
- Diagnostic Procedure Cancellation Deadline: Appointments for diagnostic testing (EEG, EMG, VEP, BAEP, MEP) must be canceled at least 2 days in advance via email.
- Missed Appointment Fee: If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel after the deadline, a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full price of the reserved procedure will be charged. This fee serves as a mandatory compensation for the blocked time of the physician and the clinic's capacity.

Booking
1. How do I make an appointment
You can make an appointment online via Reservio or e-mail. When booking an appointment online via Reservio, you can schedule your examination up to 1 hour before the planned time. DUE TO CAPACITY LIMITATIONS, APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE.
Booking EEG, EMG and evoked potentials examinations must be made via e-mail.
2. Is it possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment online?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment online via Reservio. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, but no later than 2 hours before the scheduled examination. DUE TO CAPACITY LIMITATIONS, APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE.
Important: Cancellations or rescheduling for EEG, EMG, and evoked potentials examinations must be made via email at least 2 days in advance. This opens up the time slot for other patients who need urgent evaluation.
Waiting time
3. How long is the waiting time for the first available appointment?
Acute cases are handled as a priority: please contact us by phone or book an urgent appointment online via Reservio. For non‑acute patients, available appointments are offered within 14 days.
4.What happens if I cancel late or miss my appointment?
Late cancellations or failures to attend are classified as a missed appointment. In such cases, a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full price of the reserved procedure will be charged. This fee serves as compensation for the blocked time of the physician and the clinic capacity. A complete overview of fees can be found in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Administration
5. What should I prepare for my first visit?
Please bring your medical reports (e.g., from specialists) or a summary of your medical records from your general practitioner, the results of any imaging examinations (including the written report; for imaging such as MRI, you may also bring the images on a CD or USB drive), a list of your medications with dosages, your health insurance card, and your ID card. If you have more than 2 medical reports, please scan them into a PDF format and send them to email neurologie@neurologiemistrikova.cz.

6. Can I come with an accompanying person?
Yes. We recommend having someone with you if you have limited mobility, dementia, or psychiatric conditions. Please note that only one accompanying person per patient is allowed. Parking is available on-site, and the building is equipped with an elevator."
⚡ CLINIC UPDATE: More Efficient Bookings & Shorter Waiting TimesEffective July 1, 2026, we are updating our scheduling and cancellation policy.To ensure faster bookings and to dynamically open up time slots for patients who need urgent neurological care, we have introduced a few organizational updates:
Online Bookings Only: All reservations for standard examinations, magnetotherapy, and laser therapy are now managed exclusively online via Reservio. Due to capacity limitations, phone bookings or cancellations are not accepted.
Flexible Cancellations: You can reschedule or cancel your Reservio appointment free of charge up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy: In accordance with our updated terms, any missed appointment or late cancellation will be subject to a fee equal to the full price of the reserved procedure to compensate for the blocked clinic capacity.
