For Uninsured Patients, Self‑Pay Patients, and Patients Insured with Non‑Contracted Health Insurance Providers – valid from 1 June 2026
From 1 May 2026, the price of in‑office consultations (30-minute visit: 700 Kč) and acute examinations was adjusted (30‑minute visit: 800 CZK).
From 1 June 2026, the duration of acute examinations will be extended from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, and the price for an acute examination will be set at 1,200 CZK. The previous 30‑minute duration proved insufficient due to the high number of patients whose acute condition required a comprehensive neurological assessment, which led to delays and longer waiting times for non‑acute patients.
The new prices will apply to all acute examinations provided from 1 June 2026, regardless of when the appointment was booked. The price list has been updated as part of a regular review of provided services and reflects the time demands and quality of care.
Comprehensive Neurological Examination
(Initial assessment including medical history, review of available documentation, clinical examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and recommendations for further management and therapy) — 60 minutes
- Newly developed, non‑acute symptoms requiring a more detailed (comprehensive) examination, or a first examination for newly registered patients; also suitable for an in‑depth assessment of chronic symptoms. Duration of symptoms longer than 1 month.

Acute Neurological Examination (non–life‑threatening conditions; subject to the clinic's capacity; maximum 60 minutes).
- Symptoms lasting up to 2–4 weeks, such as severe spinal pain with or without radiation into a limb, limb weakness or numbness, tingling or pins‑and‑needles sensations, gradually developing weakness, or dizziness (a spinning sensation).
- Not intended for patients with chronic symptoms!
