About us - Neurology with head and heat

The private practice Neurologie Mištríková, Neurologická ambulance pro dospělé s.r.o. was established in Brno at the end of May 2024. The clinic began operating in mid‑November 2024. Since then, we have registered hundreds of patients and performed nearly 1,000 clinical and electrophysiological examinations, high‑induction pulsed magnetotherapy treatments, and provided specialized consultations.

• Our philosophy is to offer comprehensive outpatient neurological care for adult patients in a pleasant environment, with an emphasis on an individual and patient‑centered approach. As part of pain management and treatment of other neurological conditions, we also prescribe medical cannabis as an add‑on therapy. We cooperate closely with specialized medical centers.

  Examinations performed in our neurophysiology laboratory

  • Evoked potentials (EP): auditory (BAEP), visual (VEP), motor (MEP) All examinations are performed using Deymed equipment.

  High‑induction pulsed magnetotherapy

  Our neurology clinic is equipped with the Salus Talent A device by Madisson. This is a high‑induction (3 Tesla) pulsed magnetic stimulator used for local treatment of various types of pain. It is applied in neurology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation. This treatment is not covered by public health insurance; the price list is available on our website.

  Occupational health examinations

  We also provide occupational medical assessments, including:

  • EMG for workers exposed to vibration or local muscle strain

  • EEG for professional drivers
