Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment online via Reservio. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, but no later than 2 hours before the scheduled examination

 Acute cases are handled as a priority: please contact us by phone or book an urgent appointment online via Reservio. For non‑acute patients, available appointments are offered within 14 days. 

"Please bring your medical reports (e.g., from specialists) or a summary of your medical records from your general practitioner, the results of any imaging examinations (including the written report; for imaging such as MRI, you may also bring the images on a CD or USB drive), a list of your medications with dosages, your health insurance card, and your ID card. 

Yes. We recommend having someone with you if you have limited mobility, dementia, or psychiatric conditions. Please note that only one accompanying person per patient is allowed. Parking is available on-site, and the building is equipped with an elevator."
