Payment for examinations and neurological care 

Neurologie Mištríková is private adult neurology practice out-of-network it means we don't have a contract with insurance companies (except Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda-209). 

Patients should therefore expect to pay directly for the services provided. The price for examinations and all procedures is listed in the price list.

We acccept debit and credit card, cash or QR code.

Modern, well‑equipped neurology practice in Brno

Neurologie Mištríková is the first neurology practice in Brno to offer local treatment by 3T high-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy (Salus Talent A).

This device is intended for localized magnetotherapy, which is effective in treating acute and chronic spinal pain (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), joint pain and post‑traumatic conditions. The treatment is particularly suitable for patients with orthopedic or rheumatologic problems and for athletes. I recommend combining this therapy with targeted rehabilitation to help patients achieve the best possible treatment outcomes. 

Cannabis not only for pain treatment 

I also use medical cannabis as an add‑on therapy in the treatment of pain and other neurological conditions. This method has been shown to be an effective complement to recommended standard therapeutic approaches, ensuring that my patients have access to the most modern and effective treatment options. I not only continue my own education in this field, but I also educate others and publish my experiences with this therapy. 

Early diagnosis and treatment

My goal is to ensure that all necessary examinations are carried out as soon as possible and with high quality. Don't wait months (on average 3–4 months) for your first appointment with a contracted doctor of your health insurance company. Timely examinations and individually tailored treatment are important. I am also here for patients from abroad. I can speak Czech, Slovak, English, German and Italian.

Individualized and rational treatment plan 

• Proposal of an individualized and rational treatment plan that takes into account the patient's specific needs and medical condition. 
• Cooperation with specialized centers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach (in cases where the patient needs to undergo more sophisticated or extensive examinations or expert consultations). 
• At the end of each appointment, every patient and their accompanying person have the opportunity to ask additional questions. 
• During every follow‑up visit, the tolerance of the prescribed medication is assessed, and the treatment is adjusted according to its effect, recommended guidelines, and the patient's preferences.

Specialist consultation/second opinion 

I also provide patients with expert medical consultations, that is, a second medical opinion, either in person at the clinic or online, based on their medical documentation. The expert consultation does not include a clinical examination by a physician; it consists solely of a review of previous examinations, recommendations for further steps, and, if appropriate, treatment options. The price of the expert consultation depends on the time required to review the documentation, the complexity of the individual case, and the extent of the medical records.
